Okay, I've got some stuff to show off There's a program, ENB Series, which is actually a rewritten DirectX 9 main DLL file. Point is, it allows you to apply custom shaders to literally any game and even configure these on-the-fly!
After messing with the racegame version of it, I got a setup that works with TM pretty fine.
It doesn't put any extra stress on the system... To say frankly, it works WAY faster than TM's inbuilt post-processing
Manual:
Disable post-process effects in TM settings. Shaders should be PC3, but lower settings also look nicer
Unpack in the TM folder, so that d3dx9.dll is in the same folder with game executables
Shift + F12 toggle all the mess on and off
If you don't like motion blur, you can disable it in the .ini file
Uninstall by simply removing the d3dx9.dll
Bugs:
Effects apply to menus. Sometimes looks VERY cool, sometimes annoying
Motion blur is based on camera velocity, in most track intros it goes crazy
Light gray on white is sometimes invisible, have to adjust the colorcorrection sample a bit
Thanks a lot to Matsilagi for pointing out that mod!

Те кто не понял, это для тех у кого слабые компы могут улучшить граффические способности в играх, все может настраиваться персанально, в мануале все прекрасно описано
